STREAM PC (MARCH 2016 - Present)
This is the third generation of PC's on The TomBobBlender Show. The current computer build is intended to function as a dual streaming and gaming PC. The parts were collected through recommendation from the community and completely assembled by the stream host. The video of the build can be found here. Though not many PC games are played on this particular show, the computer should have enough power to be able to keep up with the demands of streaming PC gaming well into the future. The build was completed on Wednesday, March 30th in just under four hours.

STREAM SETUP DIAGRAM
Here is a complete wiring diagram of the current stream setup (as of 08/24/16).
VIDEO
The setup allows all connected consoles to display all video through HDMI connection, ranging from 480i up to 1080p. Several upscaling devices are used to allow older consoles to connect to the updated display formats. The original aspect ratio is consistently retained through these unique converters to ensure their proper native viewing. The incoming video is passed through a DVI-to-HDMI converter to ensure video compatibility on a variety of devices. The unique video connections allow access to the computer desktop on the same television via a separate HDMI channel while another source may be in use. This allows for quick toggling to make any necessary adjustments to the stream without having to disrupt the current game. Ideally a third monitor would be practical for this purpose, perhaps in a future configuration update. Also recently added was the ability to simultaneously display composite video content onto a CRT, allowing for controller input lag-free gameplay as well as utilizing certain video game peripherals to work correctly, such as R.O.B. and the NES Zapper.
AUDIO
The audio is carried over the HDMI connections into the television and the capture card. It is also extracted from the HDMI connections and is monitored through a separate analog mixer to allow more creative control. The audio is routed to the computer using the LINE IN audio port on the sound card. The microphone is connected through stereo analog XLR connections and is optimized to capture a realistic stereo image of the stream hosts environment. The sound is sent to the computer as a digital source through USB from the mixer. The audio output is attached to a four-panel output panel, allowing up to four separate audio devices to listen with independent volume control.
